Unroll your exercise mat or cushion and put it near the back of the Evergain so that the matt is level with the bottom of the machine’s footrest. Find the main groove of the footrest and let your neck rest there. Turn the switch to "neck" mode. Check to make sure your hair isn’t near any moving parts of the machine. Adjust the speed dial. Take a deep breath, shut your eyes and relax!

For A Tension-Taming Shoulder Massage:
Unroll your exercise mat or cushion and put it near the back of the Evergain so that the matt is level with the bottom of the machine’s footrest.
